Every Threshold package covers the same four stages — design, sourcing, installation, and upkeep. What changes between packages is scale, not what's included.
We start with your home's architecture — column spacing, roofline, door color, existing landscaping — and design a layout that fits it, rather than a generic arrangement resized to whatever's there.
A 20-minute visit to measure your porch, talk through color and style preferences, and confirm scope.
You approve a simple layout sketch and material list before anything is sourced or installed.
Color palette and pumpkin varieties selected to complement your door, trim, and existing plantings.
We source from local growers where possible. Exact materials depend on your package and layout, but a typical fall install draws from the list below.
Heirloom varieties — Cinderella, Fairytale, warty gourds, white pumpkins — mixed by size and color, not just the orange field kind.
Potted mums in seasonal colors, plus dried wheat, millet, and cotton stems for texture.
Corn stalks, straw bales, lanterns, and simple signage — used sparingly, sized to your porch.
Installation is a single visit, usually 45–90 minutes depending on package size. From there, upkeep is built into every tier.
Around week five or six, we return to swap any pumpkins that have softened, tidy florals, and top off mulch or straw. No extra charge, no need to ask.
After the season ends, we clear the entire display and take spent pumpkins and organic material to compost rather than the landfill.
Available on any package — ask during your consultation.
